Reapitnow.ai, Inc is a technology company that provides software and data services for enterprise IT and network operations, helping organizations analyze complex system data and improve performance and reliability.

We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Notice describes Reapitnow.ai, Inc's policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data, and sets forth your privacy rights. We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will from time to time update this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation): Measurement of visits that originate from LinkedIn, and aggregate professional demographics of our website audience.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): Aggregate usage analytics and session replay, which records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on our pages. Clarity masks form fields and other sensitive content by default.
  • RB2B (Retention.com, Inc.): Identification of the business or organization associated with a visitor's network address, so that we can understand which companies are researching REAP.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): Protection of our contact form against automated abuse. This is necessary for the form to operate and is not used for analytics or advertising.
  • Google Fonts (Google LLC): Delivery of the typefaces used on this website.

Reapitnow.ai, Inc does not load Google Analytics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, or RB2B for visitors who appear to be located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Visitors from those regions receive this website without analytics or visitor identification technologies. We also do not load them for any visitor whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, wherever that visitor is located. Automated abuse protection and font delivery continue to operate everywhere, because the website cannot function without them.

This determination runs in your browser before any of these technologies load, using the time zone your device reports. It is an approximation rather than a precise location, and it does not involve a lookup of your IP address by us or by a third party. If you believe these technologies loaded for you in error, please write to privacy@reapitnow.ai and we will delete any data associated with your visit.

You can prevent these technologies at any time by using your browser's tracking protection, an ad or tracker blocker, or by enabling Global Privacy Control, which we treat as a valid opt-out signal. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. None of these choices affects your ability to use this website.

Sharing information with third parties

The personal information Reapitnow.ai, Inc collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval. On occasion, Reapitnow.ai, Inc engages third parties to send information to you, including information about our products, services, and events.

Service sub-processors. These vendors may process personal data contained in the REAP service on our behalf.

Website and marketing vendors. These vendors receive data about visitors to the reapitnow.ai website only. They do not have access to data held in the REAP service.

We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to non-Reapitnow.ai, Inc persons or businesses for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) it's in connection with Reapitnow.ai, Inc hosted and co-sponsored conferences as described above; (3) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, compelled by law enforcement to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (4) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; (5) to address emergencies or acts of God; or (6) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf. We may also gather aggregated data about our services and website visitors and disclose the results of such aggregated (but not personally identifiable) information to our partners, service providers, advertisers, and/or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

The Reapitnow.ai website connects with third-party services such as LinkedIn and others. If you choose to share information from the Reapitnow.ai website through these services, you should review the privacy policy of that service. If you are a member of a third-party service, the aforementioned connections may allow that service to connect your visit to our site to your personal data.

Transferring personal data to the U.S.

Reapitnow.ai, Inc has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States. By using Reapitnow.ai, Inc's services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States. The United States has not sought nor received a finding of "adequacy" from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR, Reapitnow.ai, Inc is providing for appropriate safeguards by entering binding, standard data protection clauses, enforceable by data subjects in the EEA and the UK. These clauses have been enhanced based on the guidance of the European Data Protection Board and will be updated when new draft model clauses are approved.

Depending on the circumstance, Reapitnow.ai, Inc also collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data with consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of Reapitnow.ai, Inc in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. Reapitnow.ai, Inc does not sell personal information for money. Our use of the LinkedIn Insight Tag and RB2B may be treated as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under some of these laws. You can opt out at any time by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor automatically as a valid opt-out signal, or by writing to privacy@reapitnow.ai. Reapitnow.ai, Inc does not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

Data storage and retention

Your personal data is stored by Reapitnow.ai, Inc on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services Reapitnow.ai, Inc engages, located in the United States. Reapitnow.ai, Inc retains service data for the duration of the customer's business relationship with Reapitnow.ai, Inc and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Reapitnow.ai, Inc's own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Reapitnow.ai, Inc's services. Reapitnow.ai, Inc retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Reapitnow.ai, Inc systems.
